Find out things about your historic Patterson house with the online Assessor's
Town of Patterson Search. Go to

Just enter your first and last name. It will have a section that says Deed Book,
followed by a number and  a section that reads Deed Page followed by a number.  
These numbers can be taken to the Putnam County Clerk's Office, 40 Gleneida Ave.
#100, Carmel, NY‎. These numbers will start your search of previous property
owners through other Deed Books.
